Description
Give your child the gift of STEM knowledge using a unique method, literacy! Students will participate in engineering challenges and experiments based off of age appropriate literature. Each lesson will be backed by picture books and materials that lend to a more comprehensive understanding of the subject at hand. Students will gain authentic, contextual STEM experience and improve their literacy skills. Sample units include creating a hamster habitat, designing a toy box, creating a balloon parade.
